UK Mainland Delivery

 

In stock items are usually despatched within 1-2 working days. Your item(s) should take 3-5 working days to arrive.

 

1st Class - £4.75

In stock items are usually despatched within 1-2 working days. Your item(s) should take 1-2 working days to arrive.

 

2nd Class - £3.95 

In stock items are usually despatched within 1-2 working days. Your item(s) should take 3-5 working days to arrive.

 

Delivery to UK mainland addresses: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. 

 

We mainly ship through Royal Mail.

 

 

Overseas Courier Delivery

 

Please note that:

o   Delivery timescales outside the UK cannot be guaranteed because customs clearing can take a considerable amount of time.

o   If one or more items are unavailable when you place your order there may be a delay in despatch, we will let you know if this occurs.

o   We will use a secure method of delivery ensuring that your order can be tracked and traced.

o   Orders sent via this method will require a signature upon receipt.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

 

Europe: 6 - 10 working days from despatch.

 

USA & Canada: 7 - 14 working days from despatch.

 

All other International Territories: 7-21 working days from despatch.

Custom Charges

 

Please note that your order may be subject to custom charges if you are ordering items for delivery outside of the UK, these apply once the shipment has reached its destination. We have no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We strongly recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may apply to your online order. Any custom charges will be paid by you, the customer.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Please note:

 

  • You must notify us within 14 days of purchasing the item(s) of your wishes to return any item(s). Item(s) must be returned to The Resilient Mum. Please contact us directly: hello@theresilientmum.com

  • We will issue your refund to your original payment method.

  • We recommend using a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items. Please retain proof of you returning your item(s).

 

 

Returning To Sender

If your items are returned to The Resilient Mum for any reason, due to non-delivery, incorrect postal address or nobody being available to sign for your items, then an additional charge will be incurred to cover re-delivery costs. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

 

 

Damaged Item(s)

If you are claiming against an order you have received that has been damaged in transit, please notify us via email: hello@theresilientmum.com. Please include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.

Products returned by you because of a defect will be replaced by us or refunded in full. This includes a refund of the delivery charges and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

 

 

International Orders

If your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the product(s), but the shipping cost will not be refunded.

 

The Resilient Mum is not responsibile for reimbursement of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to The Resilient Mum.
